The Wants or the Needs

Wanting and needing are completely different. Needing is what you can't live without. Wanting is something you feel you need but could defiantly live without. Wanting something does not make it essential to life, only to your temporary happiness. Sometimes wants can feel so strong you feel as though you could possibly die without it. For example, I want sodas and juices, but my body needs water and healthy foods to survive. Your body needs sleep, vegetables, water, meats, and beans to function at its best. I went to the mall last week to get some groceries and seen a cute jacket on display in one of the shops, but instead of getting the new blue jean jacket I wanted I got the groceries that would keep me alive and well. It is the essential function of life that you find the fine line between what you need and want and only get the things you want if you have the money or necessary items to get what you need first.
